Privacy policy

This page explains how the Telegram Insider website handles visitor data.

1. General provisions

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit tginsider.io (the “site”), why it is needed and how it is handled. It takes into account Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. What data we receive

The site does not require registration and has no forms that collect personal data. When you visit, the following technical data is processed automatically:

  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
  • device type, operating system, browser and language;
  • pages viewed, referring source, date and time of the visit;
  • cookies and similar identifiers;
  • on-page interactions (scrolling, clicks, cursor movement) via the Webvisor feature of Yandex Metrica.

If you contact us yourself, for example on Telegram, we receive the data you include in your message.

3. Why we use data

  • to keep the site working correctly, including remembering your language;
  • to analyse traffic and improve our content and usability;
  • to reply to your messages.

We do not use data for automated decision-making with legal effects for you, and we do not sell it.

4. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies (for example, to remember your language) and Yandex Metrica analytics cookies. You can delete cookies or block them in your browser settings; some site features may then not work properly. You can opt out of Yandex Metrica with the official opt-out add-on.

5. Sharing data with third parties

For analytics we use Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), which processes data under its own privacy policy. Data may also be disclosed upon a lawful request from public authorities.

The site links to third-party resources such as tools, resellers and Telegram channels. We are not responsible for how those sites process data; please read their policies before using them.

6. Storage and security

Technical data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above, or for the periods set by law and by the analytics providers. The site uses HTTPS, and access to the admin area is restricted.

7. Your rights

You can ask which of your data is processed, request that it be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent and restrict the use of cookies. To do so, message us via the Telegram channel Telegram Insider.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest revision below.
