ads.telegram.org is the official website of the Telegram Ads platform, where ads are created and managed. You log in with your phone number and confirm in the Telegram app; there is no separate site password. When we checked in October 2026, the old address promote.telegram.org redirected to ads.telegram.org; treat any other domain offering to “log in to Telegram Ads” as suspicious.
What ads.telegram.org is
It’s the web dashboard of Telegram Ads, the official sponsored-message platform operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. From it you run ads in public channels with 1,000+ subscribers, in bots and in Telegram search, view statistics and manage budgets. As of October 2026, the home page says self-serve accounts are paid in the Gram cryptocurrency (the name Toncoin has carried since June 2026). We explain how the ads work in what is Telegram Ads.
The site also hosts the platform’s key documents: the ad policies (ads.telegram.org/guidelines), the terms of service (ads.telegram.org/tos) and the beginner guide (ads.telegram.org/getting-started). Read them before launching your first campaign.
How to log in to Telegram Ads
- Open ads.telegram.org in your browser by typing the address or using a bookmark — not via a link from a message.
- Click “Log in to Start Advertising”.
- Enter the phone number linked to your Telegram account in international format (with the country code).
- Telegram sends a login request message to your app. Confirm it if the request is yours.
- After logging in, choose the account you need: personal or an organization. You can switch between them in the menu under your name.
If you receive a login request you didn’t initiate, decline it: someone entered your number on the site. To protect your account, enable two-step verification (a cloud password) in Telegram settings.
Telegram Ads account types
According to the Getting Started guide, ads.telegram.org offers two kinds of self-serve accounts; euro and Stars accounts work differently.
| Type | Who creates it | Payment | Key features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal account | Any user on login | Gram (TON) | Linked to your Telegram account |
| Organization | Only the owner of a channel or group | Gram (TON) | All admins of that chat can manage ads |
| Euro account | A reseller | Euros (in Russia, rubles paid to the reseller) | Broad targeting, website ads, invoices and closing documents |
| Stars account | Owner of a channel or bot | Telegram Stars | Only ads for your own channel or bot |
TON accounts can only promote channels and bots, target specific channels, and have a minimum bid of 0.1 Gram (TON) per 1,000 impressions. The differences are covered in paying for Telegram Ads: euro, TON or Stars.
Signing up: what you need to start
Telegram Ads has no separate sign-up with a username and password: an account is created the first time you log in through Telegram. What comes next depends on how you’ll pay.
- Self-serve account. Just log in and top up with crypto using the Add Funds button. You can create ads without a budget too — they’re saved as drafts.
- Account via a reseller. You need a contract with a reseller, a top-up typically starting at €250–500 and a fee of 15–30% depending on the topic. See how to choose a reseller and our resellers section.
- The promoted channel or bot. Under platform rules it needs a profile picture and description, and a channel needs a post within the two weeks before review.
Note: according to the reseller Adsly as of October 2026, ads from crypto-funded accounts aren’t shown to users in Russia. Reaching a Russian audience requires a euro account, and Russian law requires ad labeling (ERID tokens). For a step-by-step setup, see the launch guide.
Telegram Ads support: who to contact
As of October 2026, the ads.telegram.org pages list no support contacts. According to ppc.world on August 19, 2026, Telegram Ads now has a support account, @AdSupport: it’s marked as official, you can message it about problems with ads and moderation rejections, and specialists who tested it said it replies in Russian. Replies may not be instant: the ppc.world team got no answer within 40 minutes.
- Euro account. For payments, documents, labeling and moderation, contact your reseller’s account manager first.
- Channel owner payouts. Reward withdrawals go through Fragment, so KYC and transfer questions belong there.
- General Telegram account issues. Use the form at telegram.org/support or “Ask a Question” in the app’s settings.
Before writing, check for the official badge and the exact spelling of the username: scammers register look-alike handles with extra letters or underscores.
How to tell the real site from phishing
Telegram Ads involves money, so phishing sites and fake “support managers” imitate it. Warning signs:
- The domain doesn’t match. The real dashboard is only ads.telegram.org (the old promote.telegram.org redirects there). Domains with a hyphen instead of a dot (“ads-telegram”), extra words (“login”, “support”), a different domain extension, or “telegram.org” at the start of a long unrelated address are not Telegram.
- The site asks for an SMS code or your cloud password. A real login is confirmed with a button in the Telegram app. Only the app itself asks for your cloud password, for example when confirming a Fragment withdrawal.
- They contact you first. “Telegram Ads support” that messages you privately and asks you to pay to “unlock the account”, for “verification” or a “withdrawal tax” is a scam.
- They offer to “swap TON for GRAM”. Since the token’s rename in June 2026, nothing needs to be swapped; balances didn’t change.
- They promise an account “with no deposit” or guaranteed approval. Moderation is done by Telegram, and no intermediary can guarantee its outcome.
If you entered details on a suspicious site, terminate all other sessions in Telegram settings (Devices), change your cloud password and check that no new admins have appeared in your channels.
